      Pros

      This job was a great starting position that provided me an opportunity to expand my management skills and get a feel for what the industry was all about. I definitely recommend this for first time employees.

      Cons

      Local management failed to listen to some of the employees' concerns which ended up costing the store additional time and money for somethings that were avoidable.

      Pros

      There was a caring atmosphere upheld, and co workers really care about each other. Lets the employees learn all aspects of the store and become a jack of all trades.

      Cons

      Its pretty demanding for a sales associate. Long hours and chaotic schedule. Management was not too worried about giving anyone too many hours, so employees could end up being really overworked.
