      Very demanding company, expecting your best work. Excellent benefits, company car, 401K

      Cons

      Would expect you to work evenings and weekends, but was able to make up for it with time off during work week.

      Pros

      I worked in the Bellevue WA Store. They paid me $12 an hour to start . I was let go because I made to much money which was not my fault. I worked there during the construction recession.

      Cons

      The management is to young and does not do HR very well. I was laid off for reasons never spoken to me about. I was a good employee especially after 6 years at one store. I'd like to get a job at another ACE closer to my home but ACE Bellevue will not give me a good reference.

      Very family-run...sometimes a good thing, but not a lot of room for "new thinking".
