      Great People and Great Store

      Pros

      -Good team building -Helpful classes for improvement -Good hours -Variety of positions to hold (greeter, caash register operator, floor sales, etc)

      Cons

      -Somewhat inflexible work schedule -Small store so rush hour can be hectic -Standing for long time can be hard on feet (especially when older)

      Over-worked, Unflexible, Negative atmosphere. 2nd SHIFT BREAK STOCK REVIEW

      Pros

      The pay, The horizontal co-workers, The benefits if you use them, Incentive pay, if you can ever get it, Weekends off, The life lessons learned.(get back in school, never work hard labor for a living). The pay is tough to put as a pro, because it isn't worth the extent of work that you preform

      Cons

      No flexibility, Negative atmosphere, Standards are next to impossible to meet, Turn-over rate is HUGE, Long hours(4:30-1:30), HOT(+100 degrees), Supervisors Treat you as a number and expendable. I highly do not recommend e er working in break stock. It is horrible. HORRIBLE. Turn over rate is average of 5 months in that department, on 2nd shift. However, the other departments probably aren't as bad. It's still super hot and there is no air conditioning. Look, I wasn't a bad worker, i was one of the fastest and best, and my opinion isn't the odd one out of the bunch.

      health insurance, 401k, schduling flexible

      Cons

      *no 401 k matching *the bonus you get is insulting an below market rates- make 300,000 in a month, get 20 dollars *bad culture which fosters unethical behavior *no training
