Close to home, less travel, relaxed atmosphere, no clocking in or out, 1/2 hour lunch, opportunities to learn more, senior staff all have a good work ethic, no expectations to "pick up the slack" for lazy employees, and there is a good employee discount for full time employees; anywhere from 25% to 50% off
Cons
Starting pay is poor, raises are inconsistent , no annual performance review, no paid vacation days, no insurance, no 401-k, no holiday pay
