      Pros

      Employee discount is store cost plus 10%.

      Cons

      Poor training. Even worse pay. Employee with over four years, and not one pay raise. New employee gets started at a higher pay rate, than one who has been there over four years. Seems they would rather invest in a bunch of high school, part timers, over full time, trained employees.

      You'll pretty much learn a lot You'll get good customer experience considering a lot of odd people can shop at hardware stores

      Scheduling can become annoying Takes so long to hear back from time off requests Don't work that much unless you beg Won't slow down after that Guilt trips into working Always short staffed Unpaid lunch breaks
