They don't protect their employees There is no room for growth or advancement & they are liars Bad attitudes from coworkers Upper management does not lead by example Discrimination & micromanagement

Pros

Good for a job in between jobs or side job

Cons

They like to give extra work other than just a parking job. Not flexible on scheduling unless you work part time. Long hours on the weekends dealing with drunk, aggressive people. Benefits don't start until 3 months in. Management doesn't know what they're doing half the time and they'll pass their work off on Assistant managers/supervisors without compensation. Managers also supposed to be available 24/7 in case something happens, but they seem to only work 9-5 and never answer their employees about problems that arise during shift.
