Pros

One of the best things about Ace is the flexibility they provide to students. The shift managers are aware that many Ace employees are full-time students and they are very accommodating.

Cons

Due to high valet parking prices at most locations, the gratuities are generally low compared to non-contracted valet jobs. The organizational culture feels very fake.

Pros

They work with your schedule, most of the people you work with are cool, most of the time management isn't on site so it's a relaxed environment, holidays are time and a half

Cons

No direct deposit, some employees are hard to work with because of laziness, no benefits

There really aren't any pros, except health insurance.

Cons

No support. Horrible experience. Required to operate under hotels budget regardless of staffing needs.
