Pros

laid back, flexible schedule, easy work

Cons

don't care how long you are employed with them as long as they are fully staffed. I was employed with them for 4 years, helped with training, got a long with all guests, was the perfect employee. But when I left, it was as if I never existed. No good bye, no good luck with your new job. Not a single word.

At some new locations people are hired just to fill roles and not hired based on experience - High turn around rate- Makes it tough on employees who are full time.
