No value of employees Turn over at a high, this including corporate positions Employees left waiting on Member Service assistance Employees not always assisted by Member Service Advisers Constant call transfers, to just be transferred onto someone else Lack of proper training

Possibility of good tips and flexible schedule options.

Cons

Long hours and terrible tipping system. The company does not care about its employees. They made us park a mile away and walk to work.

Pros

They work around your schedule so you can take care of anything you need to handle @ school, home with family & etc. Guarantees that when you clock out of work you'll be walking/driving away without empty pockets.💰✔️

Cons

Sometimes the ppl you work with might pocket some tips.. But there is always a solution to that issue by informing your captain so that person won't have any chance of getting their tip out from the pool. ☝🏽😭
