      Pros

      Ace Parking is a wonderful place to work at, there is a wonderful family atmosphere among staff even with senior management. Work place is laid back but is down to business, great opportunities to advance into midlevel and senior management with a four year degree.

      Cons

      If you are an hourly employee, you are restricted to part-time/29 hours a week, perfectly acceptable for a student like myself though. You can eventually move up to a salaried midlevel and eventually senior management position with supervisor experience and a four year degree.

      loved my hours and flexibility. laid back environment.

      Cons

      member services isn't all that great. sometimes it seemed like my check wasn't correct when it came to holiday pay.
