      Flexible hours, quick cash in the pocket, meeting people.

      Cons

      Some managers need to adjust they attitude, no effort from senior management to make Ace better place. Feels that everyone is looking out for themselves. There is no hiring from within.

      They treat their employees with respect and concern while maintaining high work ethics They don't play favorites

      Cons

      Low pay Takes over 5 years to earn $10 per hr. Job requires memorizing entire Airport including every entry/exit # for every parking location in every garage/parking lot plus every bus/shuttle stop as well as every PEDS box # and location, being able to drive company vehicle safely while transporting customers, communicating on 2-way radio using proper codes, and directing traffic.
