Pros

Fast, easy hiring process. Flexible schedule. Work itself is easy.

Cons

Training program is highly lacking with very limited mentor support. Organizational structure is ill-defined with ambiguous reporting structure, revenue processing, auditing etc. Repetitive work. There is a lot of standing around on hotel driveways in all weather conditions.

The job duties are very easy Flexible scheduling which is very beneficial for people that are still going to school but need money for expenses. work with people your age

Cons

low pay sometimes not much attention is paid to the employees If you're not used to dealing with angry customers this is not the job for you

Pros

You are set up with regular hours so you have a predictable and consistant income. Tips are pretty decent depending on the location. They strive to be the best parking company in San Diego and their policies dictate that.

Cons

Some of the managers are unapproachable and rude. They wont respond to you when you have issues or problems. Also they may take away shifts if they don't necessarily like you.
