For the type of businss they are in, they do things the right way. Bring the max money back to their clients.

Cons

leadership is confussing. I had three different bosses all saying different things.

Pros

Not a bad company but completely depends on location. One place you might make lots of tips and in another you might not make anything. Best used as a part time job.

Cons

Location, Location, Location. Also minimum wage pay is no good. Limited growth opportunities. Mangament can also be so so, but again depends on location. Some locations require much more/less work.

Pros

Fast, easy hiring process. Flexible schedule. Work itself is easy.

Cons

Training program is highly lacking with very limited mentor support. Organizational structure is ill-defined with ambiguous reporting structure, revenue processing, auditing etc. Repetitive work. There is a lot of standing around on hotel driveways in all weather conditions.
