Pros

I honestly can't think of any. As a former hourly employee, this is the worst company I ever worked for in my entire life and I'm 58 years old. It was a nightmare from day one.

Cons

1) Hourly minimum wage in one of the most expensive cities in America. 2) No access to drinking water for lot attendants. 3) No access to restrooms for lot attendants. 4) Closed shop. You must pay union dues to the AFL-CIO out of your minimum wages. 5) AFL-CIO is as worthless and corrupt as Ace management. 6) Abusive management. You will be treated like dirt. 7) Human Resources is a sad joke. 8) Extremely high turnover among hourly employees.

Fairly easy job. Nothing too challenging.

Cons

Managers are expected to work too many hours. More pay always promised but never given. High turnover rate in management causes many problems
