      Pros

      flexible hours tips easy to get promoted.

      Cons

      bad management hotel and valet are separate entities, and the hotel upper management makes sure you understand that we are on different teams.

While the flexibility in hours and potential for tips provide great opportunities, the division between hotel and valet management can be a source of confusion and frustration for many. Despite the ease of promotion, navigating through the conflicting dynamics can be challenging. We will work on strategies in order for Management to enhance the employee experience by fostering a more cohesive environment between valet and hotel teams for improved guest service.

      Great job for students or someone trying to get more experience

      Pros

      I was a full-time college student wanting to gain more work experience. It worked well with my schedule. The work environment was comfortable, for the most part.

      Cons

      While I was not a supervisor, I could tell that the responsibilities of my supervisors were not organized. Bad communication between supervisors and managers, which created disorganization in the workplace.

      Contradictory Office Politics

      Pros

      Sometimes lunch gets expensed. They let you take 20 minute coffee run breaks. Some of the co workers are cool.

      Cons

      Instruction from executives are quite contradictory. Get scolded and lectured to do something a certain way. Just to be yelled at again in a few weeks cause another executive complains to your HR manager and in turn having the HR manager yell at you.
