365 day's a year your needed to do your shift or someone else has to cover regardless of what that means. Sometimes it's super slow depending on weather and you need to be there and entertain yourself and work as if it were the busy time and it's constant. Got to flip that switch and not get comfortable with not working watching a movie on your phone. Your training is sink or swim too a point and you need to eagerly grab upper management any second or time you get a chance and ask them to show you how to do what you don't know or been trained on
