Pros
This company focuses heavily on customer service, and are constantly looking to promote and train new managers from within. Very professional, treated me like family.
Cons
The scheduling and requesting time off is something that should be improved on. Two different systems are used: When to Work (W2W) and UltiPro. W2W is a very easy to use scheduling system. UltiPro is used to view your time punches for accuracy, as well as view your paystubs. When requesting time off, you must enter requests in both systems in order to get that time off approved. I wish it were all in one, lessen the number of steps. Really my only complaint of the company is the way they’ve complicated something like this.
