Company take candidate resumes and puts false information in them, creates fake LinkedIn profiles for candidates and then markets the candidates to clients and other staffing agencies. Very Shady company, shady staffing practices

Pros

The only pro is that they helped me get a job that eventually turned into full time regular employment. While I was a contractor with Ace, things were not great, though.

Cons

Very slow to get paid. Very slow to get tax documents. No check stubs. No benefits even though I was a full time W2 employee. Very difficult to reach them. They don't often answer phone and their answering service is always full. Very little respect for documents containing personal data.
