Good learning ground, lots of changes around , always a localised culture. Broadly, if you are engaged and hardworking then years will slip by.

Cons

HR is practically in-existent worldwide, no career paths\ progression seen anywhere in the orgnisation. Mangement is always in a hurry and never had a long term view.

- Politics and poor decisions made by HQ in Taipei make it nearly impossible to innovate or really make any changes. - VERY hard to get promoted - No annual employee reviews to see how you can improve - No employee perks except for an annual holiday party you can't even bring a guest to - Low employee morale
