The workload is relatively straightforward, and you don't have to face direct pressure from clients. Salary is always paid on time, and all standard benefits are covered. It is a good fit for those seeking stability rather than rapid career growth.

Cons

Most design work is strictly driven by mass production constraints, leaving very little room for creative expression. The software and equipment used are somewhat outdated and slow to upgrade. The role can feel unchallenging after a while.
