Pros
I like this job because our group is working on research and design. I learned tons of stuff that adds value to my career as a software developer and machine learning specialist. We own lots of resources and the boss is definitely supportive.
My colleagues are talented, friendly, and supportive. We all love sharing what we know to each other. There is no toxic office politics. We all think for the best of the company. The manager definitely cares its employees. Lots of little treats and benefits here and there, although the salary might not be as pretty as other more on the hype companies. I am paid well though. Overall its a very fun, relaxed, and self-motivated environment. Recommended.
