Business Outlook
Pros
Excellent team members, very easy to communicate and expectations is clearly laid out. They have a very open door policy that even as a remote contractor I felt that I can readily approach them with any concerns that I may have. Definitely feel like an integral part of the team and not a disposable contractor.
Cons
Honestly none, perhaps as a remote worker one does miss out on the office culture.
