Require meticulous time-tracking for each task. Which means each indivitual task must be worked on, logged, and stopped before changing focus. Which is to be expected as they are billing clients for time.
Training was more or less non-existant. But practises were easily enough to pick up.
Salary is a bit low; but not terribly out-of-band.
