Pros

Great pay, caring leadership, good benefits, opportunities for growth.

Cons

It's a dynamic company so things change a lot but if you've been in a career position for any length of time you'll know that it doesn't get better than Achieve.

Great company…

Pros

Loved working here initially. After a comp plan change and what I viewed as questionable leadership, it started to go down hill. Regardless you can make good money here if you develop the skills and put in the effort. The training is good, script is good, but bring additional sales skills to the table to really succeed

Cons

Not stable with compensation in the sales position. Changes too often. Promoting from sales rep to manager usually means a pay cut here.

No work life balance

Pros

Provides a good 8 week training. Massive hiring was done in 2023, good commission during the first of the yr and towards the end changes made to commission pay out and metrics to meet and harder to make good monthly commission. Benefits are good.

Cons

gradually the commission pay out changed along with the metrics to meet. They filter the better leads to their DC3's making other consultants receiving lower scored leads and harder to get enrollments. After about a yr they will start to monitor you when not meeting the monthly goal and then your given a verbal notice then if not better next month it's a written and then if numbers still not met then your terminated. No work life balance and the mgr coachings are repetitive and some expect you to change your script and say how they want you to say it. The mgr makes it like a daily contest which is done through slack daily and it's always the top producers which are dc3's enrolling daily because they get the higher scored leads. You are constantly working early morning or late evening to get better connects and better leads and always working on your days off. I have pretty much worked everyday of the month with one day off a week sometimes
