Pros

Commission is uncapped, and there are three ways to get bonuses on commission. Time off accrues.

Cons

The hourly pay could be close to 20$ an hour, work life balance is nonexistent if you aren't making sales. The way the structure is set up, you have to be making sales to get compensated for any time off. You do get paid time off and they will match your previous commission month for the time you're off. But if you aren't meeting your quota, you really are only getting pennies. I was working 60 hours a week only to see a few hundred dollars on slow months. When it is slow, it is really slow

No Futuristic vision. The company is not caring about its employees, only looks profit to the company.
