      Benefits are good, actively trying to have inclusive culture.

      Cons

      LAMP department is terrible. If you get an offer as a debt consultant and it is says LAMP, I recommend turning that job offer down.

      Healthy, employee-centric work environment. Cofounders are still very engaged in the workings of the company. every employee has direct access to the cofounders or any other senior leadership.

      I was once told, you worry about being too honest. This helps some, but clients don't understand the consequences to their credit. If they have decent credit, people lie about how long this will ruin their credit.
