Pros

Achieve's core values drive who we are and how we operate. We Care and act with Integrity, we Collaborate and strive to Get Better every day. As a long time employee of Achieve, it's been great to see us set and hold these values at the top of how we do business.

Cons

The companies continued growth can make for a fast paced environment and, in some roles, the need to rollup one's sleeves, regardless of title, core job responsibilities, etc. While some may thrive in this environment, and it makes for great Collaboration opportunities, the speed and flexibility required can be a challenge.

Pros

They really do seem to care about their clients, and truly helping them. They go through a pretty extensive amount of training, more on this in cons too. Lots of technology to help you, and hurt you.

Cons

I really wanted to make a home here, seems like a culture where they really do care about their clients. Heres the thing, they set REALLY BAD expectations during interviewing, and during training. Let me explain what I mean. During interviewing and training, they build this picture that you will have time to learn and develop as a rep. Even to go as far as say every single week, that once our of their onboarding, which is a month, that you will have loose goals during the training phase which you're live on calls. At least twice a week during training, they set this number of 15 deals, but say its not set in stone, as long as you show progression, they are happy and will move you to the floor. Well, 2 days before training ended, a higher up decided to join our huddles and everything changed. You could see the managers moods changed, and they decided to hold the class of 31 people accountable to this 15 deal number during the hardest month of the year. Previous classes were given a 12 deal number, and the progression rule was in place. So now 60%+ of the class is staying back to do another round of training, and sent an email on a Friday that if you fail to meet this 15 deal number, you're terminated. This is the culture you're about to join, so be careful. If you don't have experience in this role, move on to another opportunity because you just don't have enough time to develop.
