pay is good, was starting to get lower when i left though.

Cons

High turnover rate in management. Bad communication across departments. No consistency, constant change in procedures. SOPs written but not followed becaused they are constantly changed.

As we continue to grow and expand to better support our clients, our jobs are constantly changing and we recognize we must communicate more frequently and in different ways, this is why we provide employees with many avenues of communication, Town Halls, Dept Meetings, Slack messages from our Co-Founders and newsletters plus more. You are spot on with developing our leaders; we trained over 400 leaders last year in our Leadership Development programs and of those leadership positions added in 2020/21, over 65% were internal promotions. limited opportunity for sales due to lead distribution Maybe 2 leads per hour; often times people dont answer- glorified outbound caller. other Debt consultants working the same leads Alot of system issues that prohibit from being able to help clients Must work overtime if you want to make more than $12 an hour Difficult to transfer to different departments even if they are open positions
