      Pros

      Opportunity to bonus, benefits, cafe w/ Starbucks, long term employment, great training (mine was 4 weeks)

      Cons

      They used to have great pay in comparison to similar jobs in AZ. But they are increasing regular wages with the new AZ minimum wage (with inflation I’m technically making a $X less each time the min increases) and difficult to get wage increases starting 2019. Periodic changes to scorecard and metrics makes it difficult to bonus. Constantly changing management and supervisors. Internal hiring is based mostly on who you know.

      Flex schedule is nice. Nice building.

      Cons

      Will only have decent numbers if willing to work 6-7 days a week. Sales is based more on how many days a week you want to work rather than effort and hardwork.

      My family and I were in a financial bind and the Freedom Family was able to help us out and get the month. They have also helped us out when needed. I love this place and will always recommend friends and family to come work for this amazing company.
