      I have been with Achieve for nearly 13 years, and it continues to be a place I truly enjoy working. The people here make all the difference—there is a strong sense of collaboration, support, and inclusivity that you don’t often find elsewhere. I appreciate the diversity within the organization and how valued different perspectives are. Leadership is supportive, and I have had a great experience with my supervisor, who encourages growth and teamwork. Even in a remote environment, Achieve does an excellent job fostering connection and maintaining a culture that genuinely feels like a family. I’m proud to be part of a company that prioritizes its employees and creates a positive, engaging work environment. I love the option to work from home it makes my life a little easier :)

      Don’t lie to your employees

      They recently increased the base pay

      Cons

      They lied to their debt consultants. Told them if they finished in the top of their tier they’d move up tiers and then said they weren’t going to move anyone up because the top tiers were oversaturated because they said months prior they wouldn’t move anyone down. We all saw this as unsustainable unless the lead flow increased which it hasn’t.

      We appreciate your candid feedback. You may be referring to the recent changes we made in Sales based on employee feedback that our tier structure wasn't working. We did have to make changes while we were transitioning to the new Sales structure and we know that can cause frustration (change is hard). We do feel like this new structure is more beneficial for everyone and just one way we're trying to live our core value of Get Better by listening to employee feedback.
