Pros
This organization truly cares about its employees and the people we serve. We have incredible leaders who are open to feedback, take ownership, and strive to support their teams. I'm grateful for the flexibility to work from home and opportunities to come into the office for purposeful team/company-wide events or meetings. I also appreciate the chance to give back to the community through our volunteer events. I feel seen as a person, challenged in my role and valued for the work I do.
