      Pros

      I’ve been with the company for about a year and a half and continue to be impressed by the culture. It’s a great size—large enough to offer resources and opportunities, but still small enough to be agile and feel connected. Leadership and peers are very approachable, open to new ideas, and genuinely supportive of employees’ growth. Overall, it’s a uniquely collaborative environment where people are encouraged to contribute and make an impact.

      Company cares about customers and employees. Collaborative culture that supports career advancement.

      Cons

      In office days should be more frequent. It would be nice if 100% of 401k was matched up to 5%.
