Our philosophy is to provide the "incentive" as part of the hourly pay to avoid any risk either of a delay in receiving the compensation (incentives usually pay out after the month) or risk of not achieving the requirements to earn the incentive. We prefer to focus on career advancement - posting all open opportunities to move up (promotion) or a later move (transfer) that can provide more earning potential.
