They have a great vision.

Cons

Operationalizing their vision stinks. Would rather wait to be sued/have litigation prior to doing any due diligence. Unrealistic expectations for ops teams. Always a do more with less mindset. So many people are freshening up their resumes. Leadership doesn’t listen and asks the same things week after week. Documenting processes is non-existent. It’s all word of mouth. Holiday layoffs occur all the time.

-Extremely competent co-workers who invest in your success -A pay it forward mentality as a culture/community -Great benefits and a reason to stay and grow If you are willing to work hard and hold yourself to a high standard you can absolutely make life changing money at Achieve. On top of that, its a awesome environment to grow and be a part of. Many of my co-workers have been here for 10+ years, which for sales... is pretty crazy. I love what I do. I believe in what I do. I am incredibly grateful for this opportunity and am making the most of it!

Cons

- To make good money YOU MUST work outside a 9 to 5 // Mon-Fri schedule to achieve that. No way around it. I am absolutely okay with that, and embrace this as part of my profession ... but I understand not everyone is in the same situation.
