5yWe appreciate the feedback , as we are always looking to improve and "Get Better" as our core values inspire us to constantly work towards the best we can be. As we continue to grow and expand to better support our clients, our jobs are constantly changing and we recognize we must communicate more frequently and in different ways, this is why we provide employees with many avenues of communication, Town Halls, Dept Meetings, Slack messages from our Co-Founders and newsletters plus more. You are spot on with developing our leaders; we trained over 400 leaders last year in our Leadership Development programs and of those leadership positions added in 2020/21, over 65% were internal promotions.
