      Thank you for the "Awesome" review, this is helpful as we continue to look for ways to support our team as they service our clients. All employees are currently working from home unless they simply do not have the ability to work from home. Our future plan does include a rotational WFH option and we're looking forward to the future when we can implement this option.       Pros

      If you're good, lots of money Crazy flexible Schedule Amazing owners - It's incredible. If you email the CEO(s), you typically get a response within 10-30 minutes Great facilities Pretty decent benefits, legit 401k match

      Cons

      Direct management needs massive improvement. Leaders and positions constantly changing Your immediate manager may/may not care about you Be prepared to change teams a lot If you like grinding all the time, this is your place Hope you don't like weekends or evenings as that's where the money is Management is REALLY struggling with a growth problem and too few leads Management can't seem to make up its mind on policies and procedures Management often rolls out procedures with very little to no testing Hope you don't mind favoritism, lead manipulation or top performers getting the best leads If you need help, you'll have to ask for it. Call coaching is at a minimum here Picture the movie Boiler Room for an environment, but with more ethics and less obscenities and outlandish behavior
