Pros

I feel like freedom is a fun work environment and everyone is truly happy. everyone holds doors for each other, willing to hold a conversation and I have personally witnessed people buy lunch to help another out.

Cons

the con at the moment is the relocation for two years to phoenix. I personally applied not only because i heard that its a wonderful place to work but because it was close to home. someone like myself without a car it is a little more difficult but i love my job enough to tough it out until I can apply for a position close to home.

Great pay. Great benefits.

Freedomplus has lost their CORE values. They present them on the website and discuss it in meetings, but definitely don’t execute what they represent. It all starts with the employee who is showing up to work to work their business. We are treated as replaceable. I was let go for not having enough sick time to cover my time while I was out with the flu. I always over exceeded my quota. The beginnings of that company was amazing because they were exercising their core values. Now it’s all about money and control over their employees. “Act with integrity” I tried to contact HR business director many times and have left voice messages. in regards to my last check. I have not received a courtesy phone call to provide that information. It was a great chapter in my life to have been part of the freedom family, but thankful it’s over. For months I was very unhappy and unmotivated. It was effecting my mental health. Thankful that chapter is now closed and will move on to better opportunities.
