Pros
Everyone is friendly and supportive. The party is decent for work from home.
Cons
Stressful job working with people experiencing a financial hardship. Job aids are confusing and hard to search when info is needed. If you need help on a call, you have to submit the question in a team chat and wait for a response, which can take a while since there are usually 2 leaders for a team of 10 or more reps. Training does not do an adequate job of lapsing you for the day_to- day experience.
