Pros

Manager, Independence, Free lunches, Trust, Hands-on training

Cons

You are expected to do emails, notate accounts, and retrieve items from the printer down the hall, all while taking back to back phone calls without EVER putting any clients on hold! You have to stay logged into the phone the whole time, so a lot of clients wont stay on the phone while you are processing their requests just because you already got all of the verbal information you needed from them to make this happen. When they hung up, the next call automatically comes in, and sometimes you are way down the hall at the printer! You have to answer the call asking for their account information, but you can't even look it up when you are still down the hall at the printer, and not at your computer. You still have to notate the previous account when you get back to your desk, before you can move on to the current phone call. So you have to: 1)take back to back incoming calls and process requests 2)complete a list of outgoing calls 3)Complete a list of emails all without ever putting any clients on hold. Sadly, the job became impossible! Without identifying specific individuals, some management was intimidating, and some yelled WHEN YOU WERE ON THE PHONE WITH CLIENTS.

Pros

Matt has been so helpful and one of the very best HR reps I have seen here in a very long time. I just went through a transition and he has been helpful in my transition.

Cons

Not much of a con, I cannot think of any

Pros

Pay is great. Hourly rate changed recently where depending on your role within negotiations the hourly rate ranges from $19-$24 an hour. Commission/Bonus payouts can be extremely healthy if you put the time and effort in. Average for me is 3k-6k a month.

Cons

Processes are consistently changing. The new way we get paid on bonuses can be frustrating for a lot of people. Mainly because the bonus payouts are mainly contingent on a new ranking systems that somehow compares ALL 100+ negotiators into one ranking. There's different roles and diverse teams that all do completely different thing so it's essentially comparing "apples to oranges" as one.
