Onboarding, culture, early training seemed promising at first…

Cons

Alignment is way off depending on where you are with training etc. The heart part of their mission disappears quickly especially in TB. It’s obvious that nearly everyone including managers are motivated only by the money/ego. Metrics related to graduation requirements are very unreasonable/out of your control. Be prepared to call 120-150+ outbound calls and pressured to close anyone willing to listen to your pitch with clunky technology/tools. And be prepared to jump through hoops to get someone enrolled. Not good for your mental health. Exhausting sales process unless only motivated by money.

This is a caring company with a great work culture. They're inclusive and have strong company core values they operate by. They appreciate your feedback and are always open to getting better. You can work independently but in a supportive collaborative environment. They have great pay and benefits with unlimited opportunities for growth. Leadership is smart, thoughtful, considerate and supportive. They create an environment that you can not only grow in but thrive in.

it's a job i guess

everything. They kept on people who weren't working, promoted people who made numerous mistakes with no repercussions, kept hard working people in the same position cause they knew the next person like that wouldn't come around for a while. They kept on known domestic abusers. They're sinking and pretty sure they sold off to a private equity group, their new CFO cut so many budgets and employees don't get good raises for years. They ALL pretend to be working and network via inflated purported egos, They move the corporate ladder where it suits them. They post fake job postings and promote the candidate they had in mind for it from the start. Everything from top to bottom, they are trash scammers. Constantly promoted DEI over people who are actually qualified (and I'm a girl and can say that). This place is a sinking ship.
