Pros

Free parking in San Mateo , Casual . Benefits are OK but below average fro Bay Area . Free lunch once per month.

Cons

Very unprofessional. Outdated mentality, slow, light years behind on technology in all departments. Promotions from within are not likely. Management is out of touch with reality. They act like that do you a favor by employing you, but the company is not that great. Does not promote innovation, does not attract talent. VPs all earn a lot more than regular employees. They match 401K only after 3 years . They do not tell you that in your offer letter. Company culture is segregated by groups. Sales run everything. If you are not in sales you are not important and not valuable. No opportunity to learn new things, no good mentors. Politics are terrible. You will have nothing to put your resume after 5 years with the company.

Pros

They care about Diversity, Sucess, and equality for their employees. Pay is great. Benifits are affordable. Many small perks.

Cons

A lot of information to retain. Training is one size fits all positions, and may overwhelm you.
