Let me just say I truly and sincerely love my job! How many people do you know that can say that? One of the many things I love about Freedom is their Freedom Family Fund. It is a way that employees can wear jeans on Wednesdays and donate $3 to the Family Fund to assist when any one of our Freedom Family members go through a hardship. I would wear jeans on Wednesdays and donate my $3, never thinking that one day I would be the one in need. One day, at work my husband called me and said, as he was driving to work, our car caught a wire fire! As alarming as it sounds, what was more alarming is that we were not in a position financially to get the car fixed. I let my job know about the situation and much to my surprise my job took care of all the car repairs through the Freedom Family Fund. I have never worked for a company that shows how much they actually care then Freedom. When I told my husband that my company was going to take care of it, he was just as amazed, because he has never heard a company being so generous to their employees. He said, “Wow, you really do have a good job!” This is just one of the many reasons why I love my Job. Believe it or not there are many many more of my coworkers that feel the same way. That is why Freedom is voted the #1 place to work.

Working for this organization has been one of the greatest experiences. The energy is always positive whenever you enter the building and it helps to keep the moral of the employees up. When I had an emergency at home Freedom also helped me out of my situation and just is an awesome place to have a career.
