      Pros

      I have worked for Freedom for over 8 years and I must the Owners, the Senior Leadership is one Awesome Team. They really care about their employees along with a presence in the community. They have setup a fund that helps their employees in time of need and financial hardship and their most recent Pledge to help out Hurricane Harvey victims makes be proud to say I work for FFN in addition to be part of an Awesome Manangement Team. Thank You Linda Luman for bringing your Vison and Wisdom to our Team and having each and everyone of take a step back to help our fellow Man/Woman.

      Pros

      I have had the pleasure of being here for 2 years. They work with you 100%. Family issues, personal issues, financial issues, pregnancy, death in the family I have experienced this all while working here and they have been there for me 100%. They even paid for a huge portion of my Nana's funeral. At a time I should have been fired, instead I got a new better position. They worked with me on a schedule that fit me better and helped me with my family. This job is not a job but a better family than most of my actual blood family.

      Cons

      The only down side to me is changes. Changes that need to happen do not and changes that do not need to happen do sometimes happen.
