Pros
schedule flexibility, break and lunch flexibility, no micro-management, paid lunch once a month,
Cons
Cut throat, lack of integrity between co-workers, unrealistic goals, very hard to bonus, low pay for work that is done. This isn't a horrible job but it isn't for everyone and the job definitely isn't what they make it out to be when you are hired and are in training. In order to be successful you must be cut throat and back stab co-workers and work every available overtime hour possible. Many people never bonus but make the company lots of money without any benefit. This job made me question myself and was a stressful roller coaster due to unrealistic goals that are placed. Constant fear of losing job if goal is not met. There are lots of accounts but you have to get to them quick and the rest is a lot of negotiating and calculating to no positive end result.
