They have a great vision.

Cons

Operationalizing their vision stinks. Would rather wait to be sued/have litigation prior to doing any due diligence. Unrealistic expectations for ops teams. Always a do more with less mindset. So many people are freshening up their resumes. Leadership doesn’t listen and asks the same things week after week. Documenting processes is non-existent. It’s all word of mouth. Holiday layoffs occur all the time.

Pros

If smart and motivated you can move up the ladder really quick. Once you move up the ladder the pay is fair and comparable to other positions out there. Management is luck of the draw and I was so lucky to have the managers I did. All of them have been nothing but supportive of my position and growth within the company, They encourage you to take time off which still blows my mind, work life balance is pretty dang even in my current position.

Cons

Lots of changes go hand in hand with growing pains. Layoffs, policy changes, position cutting, no raises and lowering of wages really demoralizes employees. These issues have affected many of the friends I have made within the company.

Best company ever! The support from leadership is unmatched—they genuinely care and invest in your growth. Working alongside the Loan Consultant community has been an absolute privilege; these are truly the best people in the business—collaborative, driven, and always willing to help. The culture is empowering, and you feel valued every single day. Leadership listens, acts, and celebrates wins with you. If you're looking for a place where you're supported and surrounded by excellence, this is it.

Cons

A genuinely great place to work. The support from leadership is consistent and sincere—you’re rarely left to face challenges alone, which fosters a strong sense of community. The Loan Consultant team is exceptional: collaborative, generous with their time, and incredibly humble. It’s hard to find a downside, but if anything, the positivity of the culture can feel almost surreal at times. For those who prefer total independence, the high level of support might feel unfamiliar.
