      Pros

      The people I work with from every department take pride in work excellence and my co-workers help one another. I get to leave work at the end of the day feeling great personal satisfaction that the services and products I am able to offer my clients and the tools I have been given to best help them, make a positive and substantial difference their lives.

      Cons

      No cons. We've had tremendous growth and changes over the years and I still find myself so impressed with the CEOs and their innovation and insight and the abilities of management to help us grow and continue to be a leader in our industry. I am proud to work for this company!

      Pros

      Freedom Debt Relief has an awesome culture and an awesome team. Everyone gets along and works together very well. We all have a great sense of pride in the work that we do helping people solve their financial difficulties.

      Cons

      Nothing major to report. Management has created an fantastic environment in which employees can thrive.

      Pros

      Young, friendly atmosphere, good compensation, no cold calling - all warm leads/inbound calls.

      Cons

      Call micromanaging: Management measured the number of phone calls we made per day, but this was not a reliable metric because more calls didn't always translate into more sales. I felt like I had to make phone calls for the sake of making calls, rather than work smarter and more efficiently.
