      Pros

      Great people to work with, and it's a company that actually values input from employees. Freedom is a leader in the industry in every way. It is rapidly growing and there are good opportunities to move up quickly for those with the right skillset and motivation.

      Cons

      The settlement industry is still fairly new and rapidly changing. Expect changes to occur on a regular basis.

      I am proud to say that I work for a great company and that I am excited to go to work everyday. I can also say it is very exciting to be apart of all the growth and positive changes over the years.

      Pros

      I feel much appreciated and have the support of management to succeed in my job and know that i found a Job that I will be able to make a difference in people's lives.

      Cons

      No cons so far.. only that i did not find this job a lot sooner and wasted a lot of time with another career. glad i am here now!
