      If you're career oriented, pass. If you need to gain some experience before something better comes along, then go for it

      Pros

      Laid back environment (if that's what you're looking for). Interesting technologies used on newer projects.

      Cons

      My comments only apply to the FDR branch: Lots of legacy applications. Quarterly bonus was always given a couple quarters late. Some architects were incompetent. Career path was nonexistent. FDR Leadership was at times frustrating. You're clearly treated differently if you're based in Arizona.
