      Pros

      The people you meet there are one of a kind. Very hard working and determined people who will do about anything to make money for themselves

      Cons

      It is a dying business, their sales have tanked and they have closed a few departments. You also have a Jekyll and Hyde managerial system. Who understand that leads are way down but, rip you for not being able to achieve your goal when you have about 10% of the original flow of leads that helped you meet and surpass that quota.
