Friendly and nice coworkers. Have training on the job and benefits such as 401k , health, vision, dental.

Cons

Micromanagement, set break times to use bathroom! Took employee feedback and turned it against them. Overall not a great place to work. Underpaid.

-Plenty of opportunity for growth -Great culture of people -CEOs encourage an open door policy -Work from home until further notice -401k match

Cons

-There are no firm process, policy or procedures in place. -Everyone is running around like a chicken with their heads cut off. -Everything is urgent and given to you last minute with a due date of 'yesterday'. -Hard to meet expectations -Management is too busy to provide training/guidance
